Dear Families,

Welcome to Los Amigos Elementary School! We are so happy to have you be apart of the dragon family! At Los Amigos, we believe that building the character of our future citizens, and providing them with the social emotional skills they need to be successful citizens, is equally important to providing academic instruction. Our staff creates a safe, caring and inspiring community where students can explore and learn.

I believe that it is my job as Teaching Vice Principal, to support our students, staff and parents in this mission. I am passionate about continuing to build a safe and supportive community for everyone at Los Amigos. As part of this passion, I have worked with the city of Rancho Cucamonga, and Healthy RC, to build a Safe Routes to School Parent Task Force (SRTS). To find out more about SRTS, and the many other programs provided by our partnership with the city, please join us at any of our Coffee with the Principal meetings featuring Healthy RC.

Additionally, I facilitate the School Site Council, which is a group of staff, parents and community members who seek to make Los Amigos "the place to be," year after year. It is our goal to continually improve our programs, interventions and supports for our students.
